We are looking for detail-oriented Sports Operations Support Officers to join our team in Indonesia. This opportunity is open to Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese candidates who are passionate about sports and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
You will monitor live and upcoming sporting events, maintain accurate event information and results, track event developments, and ensure all sports-related data is updated on time. You will also identify unusual activities, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor live and upcoming sporting events.
Update event schedules, statistics, scores, and results accurately and promptly.
Review sports-related information and identify missing or inconsistent data.
Track event developments and ensure timely system updates.
Monitor market movements and escalate unusual activities.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and operational issues.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred; college-level candidates may also apply.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to six months of experience are welcome.
Good knowledge of football and other popular sports is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
Fluent in Indonesian or Sri Lankan
Willing to be based in Sri Lanka.
Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work six days per week.
